1 oggi pensavo di stare meglio mi sveglio anche presto ma mi accorgo che non sono al massimo be diciamo il massimo per il periodo non cè mai
2 cmq in bagno vado quasi regolare ma poi non sara cosi per via di un pit stop e ci becchiamo anche Giuseppe ma almeno lui mi fa compagnia
3 visto che il buon Francesco vola, non volevo fare le salite ma alla fine le faccio e chiudo benino allenemento ma piu stanco di prima chi sa ora domenica che viene??
