Notes & Comments

Been struggling with calf issues and late decision to run. Very rusty with no speed work after couple of weeks off with food poisoning and struggled 1st half. Relaxed 2nd half and felt more comfortable running a negative split. Happy with time in circumstances, good workout and appear to have come through without any other niggles.
