Kent veterans cross country championships 2017, M50.
Started out hard and tried to hold my pace for as long as possible, worked hard on the flat and took a number of places on the steep ascents and descents.
Really enjoyed the course, thanks to Paul Hills from Dartford Harriers for setting it out.
