Well, I was a bit disappointed but not surprised. Seemed to have lost my running mojo that I had last December when training was going really well. Training's been really rubbish recently, need to shift 4-5lbs at least and I gave blood only a couple of weeks or so ago, so maybe that didn't help! Still, I know I can run better and I will try harder next time. Small but nice, friendly race. Great marshalls too. Quite windy on the course wth a nasty headwind in the last km.
