Edinburgh Half - when I booked this I'd hoped to be targeting at least a seasons best. But average miels since Marathon have been about 20-30/ week. You can't get results without the training. Mile 2 had to tie shoelace. Knew from early stages my legs didn't have it in them so just ran as hard as I felt I could. Still - decent 13 miler given what I've been doing - I'l be back
