Jezabel First triathlon - Was not sure how well I would do as I had not done one before and had not been on a bike for about 20+ years until last week. Swim was good and I did better than expected; but was not as agressive as I could have been. Bike was not too bad; and with more practise I think I will get better. The run afterwards was not as good. I had to walk part of it as I the pain in my shins returned; but still did ok - but my time there could have been much better. All in all good race.
