themookid At last got my sub 19! Quick first downhill 1k as usual (03:33) and kept it on. Slowest km was the 3rd (03:48). Went through 4k 17 seconds up on target so knew it was more or less in the bag, but couldnt relax as by this point I was in a great race with clubmate Sam nipping and tucking the whole way until he finally found a sprint and got me by 2 seconds! Made up with time. Very painful last 1k but excellent!! :) I will be very surprised if I can go any quicker than that this summer. Unaffiliated 18:38 18:38 18:50 18:38 68.97
