Em 52 something I think, watch stopped working at 36 mins and going on what pedometer said. Wasnt going to be beaten by the dog on the line, felt sick after. Mmm actual time was very slow!!! Good course, didnt know what to expect, wasnt as muddy as thought, cold water not much fun seeing as I managed first ditch using the log. Wish I had trained more but enjoyed it really. MadJonny Great race but tougher than I expected. First 1/2 mile okay apart from locked gate, then a mile of running round a muddly undulating field and hurdling three ditches. After this it got a bit easier along woodland tracks and bridleways. Pleased to average less than 10 min miles. Unaffiliated 40:26 52:09 52:09 41.02
Running Postie Weather superb for xc.Course 5.3 miles long with 3 streams to cross in the first mile,then mostly running through leafy forests and a hill to finish off with.Small field of runners of about 150,would recommend it any one who likes a nice easy cross country!!!!!!!!!!!
