GeoC Good start and delayed cramp in tropical conditions to 30K mark. HM and 30K split on target for 3:45, but cramps in left quad and right hip put paid to sub 4 hrs. No more tropical maras!! Came in 161 for age group. Unaffiliated 4:09:08 4:28:30 3:59:00 4:28:30 48.62
