Baza As long as I run under 18 minutes the team gets points. Would really like to get a PB though. *Update* Glad that's over, the sun came out for the start and the wind died down but re-appeared with 4 laps to go by which time I was paying the price for the fast 1st 2 miles(8 laps).was really hanging on for the last 4.5 laps. Clocked 17:08 on the watch which is a track pb by 14 seconds and only missed my 5k pb by a second.
