radioworx MY FIRST EVER 10K!! felt confident I could beat an hour, but not based on much apart from wishful thinking. It was ABSOLUTELY BOILING! and not much shade. Long and slow!. Had an aberration in the last 3 k and my times went allover the place, gutted to look at my watch 300m out and see it already coming up to the hour. Still didn;t put me off.
