goonerno1 First ever race over 10 miles, enjoyed every minute even after my friday night birthday sessions the perfect thing to cure a hangover was a 15 mile slog in the fresh breeze, heaving rain at the start and the lovely mud of epping forest. Also the nice hill at 10 mile (known in our club as the gully, had alot of tree routes) hope everyone who did enjoyed it as much as me.
