mellow yellow Was going to give up triathlons because I just wasn't enjoying the swimming bit. But something clicked last week. I managed to get the breathing right and I didn't panic in the race and managed to keep it together. Still a slowish swim time but overall I am pleased with my effort. The brick sessions definitely payed off. A welll orgainised event with a good atmosphere and friendly marshalls. Thank you to all the volunteers who made it an enjoyable day.
