Slider45 Wanted to break 40mins but no joy. Lovely surroundings but pretty hilly, especially towards the end. They reversed the course this year which meant one of the quite tortuous hills was at least a downhiller but what goes down invariably comes back up again... Lost all form by the end and had to drag myself over the line - microphone guy thought I was going to puke... Valley Striders AC 34:17 38:15 40:00 40:40 64.94
