DrDebs sub 18 would be nice - got 17:33 on my watch. wasn't feeling up for it tonight. intense day at work and had a headache and in a very much, i cant be bothered mood. But felt inspired by watching the marathon at the weekend. Went off a bit too hard because i knew the wind was behind on the way out, and then worked hard in the wind on the way back. I was in second place, but pushed on with 400 yards to go and managed to win! i want sub 17 - i think i can do it but i need to sort my head out and stop getting nervous.
