biddenham 10k River Run

Entrants (2) Club PB SB Pred Time WAVA
BDR Never run a 10k before (not even in training!). I was dressed for a winters day with long trousers and a long winter top (could I have got it more wrong???). Very pleased I finished it though and I felt great the following day! Team Milton Keynes 52:06 55:45 1:03:00 47.43
