bedlam_g Out and back route made up of - Sand dunes, soft sandy beech, cliff steps up to a muddy field then back again in reverse only this time into a freezing headwind. Did ok after a slow start where I was probably about 15th gradually pulled back quite a few places before losing one in the dunes to finish 6th. 3rd to 9th all finishing within a minute of each other. Bellahouston Road Runners, Cumbernauld AAC, Kilmarnock Harriers & AC, Scottish Veteran Harriers Club 28:38 28:38 28:38 66.45
