Myself and Grant Morrow after the Stranraer 10K Road Race on 6/11/10 I was 4th Overall in 34:55 and was the 1ST Local. Grant was 2nd M45. We also Won the 1ST Team-Award aswell along with Adrian Leach(not pictured).

Roadrunner Bark: A Course PB for me by 1 min & 10 secs! And just missed out on beating my current 10k Pb.
