Very cold today, very windy out in Tatton park, good run really, a bit quick early on, sort of forgotten how undulating that main road to the house is, ah well, very close to sub 43 though, I can feel it.

Really good WS. It was you I saw crossing then. Looked awesome. I train in Tatton a lot and it is more undulating that folk think - great time!

I used to train at Tatton many years ago when I worked in Knutsford. Usually at lunchtime but once I remember running after work and just on my way back to the gates was approached by one of the rangers in his Land-Rover - 'you can't get out there mate, I've just locked the gate' - 'I'll be fine, I'll just climb over' I replied, and sure enough, over I went. Not sure I'd be able to do it now ;-)

Might be fun with this spikes on top :-)

It is lovely though. A few years ago we organised group Fetch trail runs around there

Homer, You should have come and said hello. I think I'll run it again soon, trouble is Hayfever season will hit me soon and that can knock my times a bit, but I think the early start at Tatton might help.

A few fell races and 5ks next....

I missed you. I tried to give a shout as you were finishing then I was waiting for Beejay. Catch you next time :-)

I will do one of these Tatton 10ks soon. I like the early start as I still don't have to leave home till 8...lazy
