I fine bunch of people, some serious greyhounds, some having a laff and just enjoying running, but sociable and non-elitist, ready to welcome all comers!
Monday and Thursday nights 7:00 at Crestwood School Eastleigh, bar available for optional aprés-run natters. Also informal weekend group runs are organised.
Beginners training courses are available - to get you up to 5 miles in 5 weeks (no pressure!)
