Hi ,
It looks like you're using an ad blocker.

The revenue generated from the adverts on the site is a critical part of our funding - and it's because of these ads that I can offer the site for free. But using the site for free AND blocking the ads doesn't feel like a great thing to do, which is why this box is so large and inconvenient. Some sites will completely block your access, but I'm not doing that - I'm appealing to your good nature instead. Did you know that you can allow ads for specific sites, whilst still blocking them on others?

Thanks,
Ian Williams aka Fetch

briandarroch Although off to a delayed start I felt fine for the first 10 miles. I started to fell unwell just before half way which I was through in 1:46. I felt awful by Dores and walked most of the last 4 miles. I still set a PB but I hope to never run that bad again especially in London next year

gilly b Much better than Edinburgh but felt great and did the 1st half far too fast, which resulted in the last 10 miles not being so great, in fact pretty hellish - there's always the next one to put it right!

Debstir I've got a score to settle with this 'un... want to make a better job of it than I did the first time I ran it! UPDATE - well, that didn't go as planned :-( Time taken from chip, Garmin time was 4:42:40 (minute faster than the first time I ran it) - I stopped my watch standing in the loo queue at Dores and after about 2 mins realised the queue wasn't moving so kept going. Full race report to follow in blog at some point.
