I started running in 2009. I'm not fast but I like doing long distance, going to do my first ultra in August, yikes! I'm also training for my black belt in kupso martial arts. I have 2 children who have run several 5ks, my daughter ran her first 5k when she was 7 getting a time of 37 minutes, I was well proud of her as she overtook adults. My son moans all the way round but insists in racing so he can get the goody bag, haha!
