i've run on and off since i was 13, trying at the moment to be more on than off. 2008 was a fab year where i ran 688 miles and completed my first (and last) marathon at abingdon in 3:19. i enjoyed the training as much as the race but dont think that left knee will last another one.
Since then its been a few months on and then a few months off (injured). Im trying to accept that fast times are behind me and I just need to concentrate on enjoying my running.
