What's the biggest challenge that awaits you?
Getting my parkrun 50 shirt, every time I get a little sequence going something derails it. Normally me!!

What's your favourite thing about Fetcheveryone?
The games, I can do HM training without the games but being injured and allowed to cycle meant I needed a reason to ride. Conquercise, Fetchpoint gives me a focus to get riding. And you can't forget the people, I've learnt so much from them all

How do you pick yourself up when you need to?
I struggle with this, for too many years I've struggled with physical, mental and relationship issues that have caused me to stay within myself. So for me, its small targets and build slowly. No silver bullet from me.

What’s the best bit of advice that you would give to new runners, bikers and swimmers?
Take it easy, it so easy seeing Farah, Adllington and Froome and think I want to perform like them. So take it easy, slow down, enjoy yourself, take loads of rest. Be realistic about where you are and remember that "Comparison is the thief of joy"
