After many years running various events and chasing PB's I decided to move into coaching; initially I was getting enjoyment out of seeing others get enjoyment but now I have suddenly found I am enjoying running again. The right running partner and its suddenly become more fun, I will never be as quick as I was but did I enjoy last weekends 1/2M.
