Hi ,
It looks like you're using an ad blocker. I understand. No-one likes ads.

But our site costs money to operate, and I need to eat.

Please consider enabling ads for our website, or making a voluntary donation. If you donate, I can turn off the ads for you for a period of time. Average donations are about £3.50 per month, so a tenner would give you three months ad free.

Here's a link to our donation info.

Thanks,

About Me

Been running, off and on for over two years, living in the middle of nowhere, races are few and far between and i tend to slump after a race and do nothing for months. That probably makes me a lazy arse? never mind..Luckily my motivation for this year is i am getting married in October and dont want end up being chased by captain ahab screaming "thar she blows" that kind of things gets a girl down.

I do mostly 10k though i did do a half marathon last October, and i am hoping to get at least one marathon under my belt, before i hang up my running shoes for good. When i'm not out causing potholes and subsidence on the local highways i like to read, mainly

stephen king or anything that makes me close the wardrobe door at night, various other activites and also halfway through training to be a Doula.

I am not very good at logging my runs,so it will probably appear that i do bugger all,i was never good at keeping a diary either...
