did my first two triathlons last year, then got knocked off my bike whilst training on my road bike in October. Am still in physio on my neck and shoulder, can't cycle much due to aches (and a bit scared too!) and can't swim as it puts too much pressure on my neck. Want to get back into some running though. I've been out a few times -the muscle memory is there but the fitness level has dropped. My main problem is that i can't seem to take it easy now that i have been competitive and find myself frustrated when i can't do what i was doing this time last year. bah!
