About Me
I really love cycling - the speed, the freedom, the widgets and the gears when climbing hills! However, family, work and other interesting things in my life mean that running suits my lifestyle. I always (well from about eighteen) enjoyed the odd run to keep fit and I used to do 25 miles a week when in the winter phase when I was racing push-bikes. When I started doing just running (well, I still turbo train and do the odd bike to work trip) I realised I needed some goals. The running bug has bitten me and as I'm now over 50 I trying my best to gain new PBs - it's tough but fun!
