Started running August 2008, after losing weight with WeightWatchers. enjoy the freedom, spirit, camaraderie and VALUE of running... Enjoy races, fave distance half marathon. Joined Purple Patch Runners May 2009. Joined Dagenham 88 Runners May 2011. Regularly run and volunteer at Valentine's parkrun in Ilford.
