About Me

Have been running for the last 10 years mainly to keep fit. I wouldn't say that its taken over but I go pretty much every day that work allows. Did my first race last year and surprised myself. Will do more this year. Haven't had the best start training so far with an annoying Achilles injury but will work around at.
