5.2mi, 55:09 Run - Steady-State Dry at first but at halfway a few drops of rain quickly deteriorated into hail and then a heavy downpour. I was drenched! Add a comment	4.2mi, 47:30 Run - Hill Work Very cold so I started in my fleece, but removed it after my warm up (which explains the 7.50km)! Pushed very hard on the last couple of efforts so can’t understand why my heart rate hasn’t been in the 180s or higher. Not that I should want it that high! More than 4 minutes faster than last week. Despite struggling on the climb back up the Sutton Rd I was able to finish really strongly. So easy to not run that it’s frightening. I am pleased to have managed each km in under 7 minutes though.
