Darlington 10k - Ran this race today with no intent of a good performance with me recently being ill but today I realised just how much fitness I have lost. Ran 41:10 now putting me 58 seconds over my pb that was gained 8 weeks ago. About 8th Quaker in. Ran first half of race well but second half the race just fell apart. Not happy but its just oneof them things. All I can do is train hard and bounce back from this. Felt quite humid on race!
