Fetch 1 mile. Going through a bit of a trough at the moment, so I guess I should be happy to take a few seconds of my PB, but I was running much better a few weeks ago. A bit windy too, which didn't help.
5.15 for me for the mile which was very hard work and well done to the fast improving other John, who beat me by a second. Well, that was a mile, so my Garmin reads short, so at least I have been running faster at the track than I thought all this time!

Thanks John. I think I can do a mile a bit faster when I am in top form, but I don't think you will be eating my dust any more, you are a much improved runner of late:-)
