Splits in Miles, really pleased, went off maybe a little too quick and paid for it in the final 2 miles. A b*stard of a hill between K's 7 and 8 really took it out of you, and the gust of wind at the turn 9K really didn't help when you were trying to kick for the final stretch. struggl;ed to muster a sprint until right near the end, but still amassive PB and a Sub 40min' 10K....Over the Moon
