Reading half M. Having not trained properly due to injury etc very pleased with the time. Could have gone a bit faster/harder but didn't see the point knowing that a pb was out of the question. Route was slightly hillier than expected with quite big hills at 2 and 10 miles. Was a nice finish running into Madjeski stadium. Pos 299/11k

Ran first five miles in 31.30 then slowed to about 6.30 min mile pace for the rest of the race and felt quite good still at the end for a change.
