Sam dropped Andrew and me off but then Andrew went off filming for his project. I was a bit worried after limited training due to the flu but I started off fine with 9 minute miles until the mile markers finished after 7 miles. Then we were running blind but I knew I was infront of the 2:00 hour pace setter, however the last two miles I was struggling. When I crossed the line I felt terrible and a medic put me in a chair after which I puked about 6 times!
