Notes & Comments

Coventry Way 40 miler
Ate one portion of oats hour before start (felt a bit nauseous - nerves???).
5 gels (with caffeine) and 1.5 Go bars during run.
Took 2 Ibuprophen preventatively, one at 23 miles, and about 30 miles.
Backpack, started with 1.75L Gatorade, topped up with 1L half way and finished with about a litre after throwing/spitting some out along the way.
