Easy Effort Run - Hip Test
Sleep poor. A little stressy when running. Put music on instead of podcast and calmed quickly. Massage gunned hip and lower back before running.

Hip felt better than yesterday. A little more range of movement at home. Felt absolutely fine when running. Only one issue when stepping sidewards off a kerb. Fine when running straightforward though.

Legs felt bouncy after a short easy day yesterday.
