Cladinlycra One and only 5k race that year.... and since Gloucester AAC 17:03 17:03 17:30 17:03 79.37
DickyDare Aimed to ran more even pacing but mile 2 was a disappointing 5mins 32sec and put me off track. disappointed not to have improved on last race but at least consistent, 16min 40sec next month!!! CLC Striders RC 16:17 16:52 16:58 75.74
