Running Beans Done well came in under 36 minutes. This was a great race after only 4 weeks worth of solid training, which is going towards the Vancouver MArathon. 19th of 224 over all 5th of 13 in my male age group and 5th of 21 for over all age group. This 10k sets at present time a PB. Conditions were wintery and roads were slippy and sliddy after some snowy conditions and fresh snow fall on the day
