DickyDare First attempt at 1500m and Decided to give it a go in the A race which was being paced for sub 4 min, 5 runners broke 4 min barrier and I held on as best i could, finished 12th out of 12. happy with first 1500m pb but with more endurance and base mileage I think I can improve a lot. CLC Striders RC 4:12 4:23 4:23 79.84
