Michael C A good run in blustery conditions , took the first 1k easier than at Hyde pk going through in 3:13 then easing down during the middle 2k before finishing strongly. Pleased with the result as my last 3 5k's since March have been 17:37, 17:00, 16:43, although I think that the Dome course was possibly a bit short. Eton Manor AC 16:41 16:41 16:43 79.20
