How Do I Apply?

Fill in this form, and we'll do the rest.
Please be aware that in order to fulfil your application, we have to pass your information to UK Athletics so that they can register you as an athlete.

What do I get as a member?

As a member of FERC, you will get cheaper race entries (typically £2 cheaper than the price charged to unaffiliated runners), and the chance to win one of our London Marathon club places (drawn in December). We also hold a virtual club night every Tuesday evening at 8pm - a good place for advice and support to reach your goals. And as some of the money you pay goes to support the Fetcheveryone website, you'll also get a nice warm feeling inside. Thank you!

IMPORTANT: Joining From Another Club?

Even if your membership with your previous club has long-since expired, UKA will still have a record of your connection. To transfer from your old club, you need to put in a transfer request, which sounds exciting, but in reality, is crushingly dull. You can do this by going to your UKA profile page and looking for the transfer link. This generates an email to your old club asking them to release you, and when they do so, you'll get a confirmation, at which point you can apply to FERC.

Frequently Asked Questions

Can I join half way through the year?

Yes. Our club year runs from April 1st 2021 to March 31st 2022. If you're a new athlete (i.e. not previously a member of another club), you can sign up any time from January 1st 2021, and your payment will cover you until March 31st 2022. However, if you're transferring in from another club, you're best to wait until the new club year, or you'll have to pay again when we reach April 1st.

What's our club kit?

We're completely happy for you to wear any Fetch kit when representing your club. Or a mankini.

Can I add FERC to my FE profile?

Yup. When you've signed up, click here.

I want to read the FERC Constitution. Can I?

Yes of course - here's a link to it. It's pretty dull, and we cut and pasted most of it.

I have a question that's not listed here. What do I do?

Email ferc@fetcheveryone.com, and the FERC committee will do its best to answer as quickly as possible.
