Hi ,
It looks like you're using an ad blocker.

The revenue generated from the adverts on the site is a critical part of our funding - and it's because of these ads that I can offer the site for free. But using the site for free AND blocking the ads doesn't feel like a great thing to do, which is why this box is so large and inconvenient. Some sites will completely block your access, but I'm not doing that - I'm appealing to your good nature instead. Did you know that you can allow ads for specific sites, whilst still blocking them on others?

Thanks,
Ian Williams aka Fetch

I have connected my Suunto, but why isn't it sending any data?

Suunto changed their system in mid-2019. I've had quite a few users who have ended up with multiple logins at Suunto, which has led to a bit of confusion.

Open the Suunto app on your phone (for the avoidance of doubt, it's their latest one, red triangle on black background, just called 'Suunto'), and try the following:

  1. Click the little head and shoulders icon bottom right to bring up your profile.
  2. Click the 'Settings' option.
  3. Scroll down a bit and click 'Account'

On that screen, you'll see the email address (and further down, the username) of the account that the app is sending your data to. When you use our link to connect up your Suunto, it redirects you to the Suunto site - and you need to be sure that you're logged in with the email address and/or username that you've just noted above.

Did that help?
If not, please send some feedback for further help.
