A really friendly club. The club meet on a Tuesday and Thursday night with a 6:30pm start. A wide range of abilities make it a great club to run with.

Tuesday
Long steady run over a set route, max is 10 miles, but with cut off points along the route allowing for shorter runs. 6:15 for a 6:30pm start from the Clubhouse next to Pitreavie Stadium.

Speed or Fartlek sessions. Summer tends to be within the playing fields at Pitreavie. Winter sessions tend to be set further afield in lit up areas. All sessions start and finish at the Clubhouse by Pitreavie Stadium - 6:15 for a 6:30 pm start.
