Be patient dont overdo things. 2-3 runs per week are plenty.
Keep a log. Its great motivation to see the improvement which will be dramatic in the early days .Use fetch or a small diary or both and keep then every year to look back on.
Build up-Join a club. Visit London Marathon website for a beginner friendly club near you.
