Would probably have been good for around 55 minutes on my own, but this wasn't a course worst. Did race everyone in the last kilometre.

Good running, nice hr figures.
The HR illustrates that after the first couple of miles (mostly uphill and into the wind) I was coasting quite a lot. Which is OK
