Dibble Will just see how this one goes . 2011 is a cycling year rather than a running year for me, but doing this as it's the local race. Enjoyed the nicer weather than previous years. Not a PB as still a couple of minutes behind my time in this race (but different course) in 1991. However beat my times of the last 3 years so I'll call that a PB in the modern era! inwoosa not been well week before. still had cough and bit of cold. so little or no training. at mile 8 had sever stomach cramps so had to seek a quiet spot. V V V hot day. really pleased to finish then really disappointed with the time! nice run except the first 5k round the carpark. also gun position and finish position were not the same......
