About Me

Trying to improve my running. If only I could avoid injury to make steady progress. I have joined my local club for speed sessions and doing some races for them...including cross-country.

Goals for 2015:
Sub-5 at marathon (oh well, Brighton was scuppered thanks to illness), if I succeed at that, to beat one of my work colleagues who starts of comfortably and dies at the end!;-)
2:00 at half marathon
Sub-1:00 at 10k (did this at Eton 10k in March)
PB at 5k (still to do)
sub 8 min for the mile
