Really enjoyed this. Perfect autumn weather. Wheels came off a bit at 7.5 miles but not too badly so i feel very beachy (half) ready
Showered, pizza-d, got washing on and off to shift in around ten min. I would still be running if id done the GSR and id never have made it in time. So right decision
